As the inaugural Clinical Social Worker of Cedars-Sinai’s Patient and Family Support Program at The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute, Jennifer Drew has been privileged to serve the clinic since 2018. Jennifer earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Southern California and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced certifications in Oncology and Palliative Care. She spent her early career working in a hybrid inpatient/outpatient role at City of Hope on the hematology/oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant team.

Jennifer has a history, spanning over a decade, of studying mindfulness and is Qualified by the University of Massachusetts to lead Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses. She currently facilitates courses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Mindfulness for our clients. She supports community oncology organizations and is regularly involved with Beauty Bus, A Cure in Sight, and multiple Cancer Support Communities Los Angeles.
