Personalized Approach

Personalized cancer care, also known as Precision Medicine or tailored cancer treatment, is an approach to oncologic care that takes into account the unique characteristics of each patient's cancer like a FOOTPRINT. This includes genetic and molecular features of the cancer, as well as factors such as the patient's age, overall health, and lifestyle. At The Angeles Clinic we utilize next generation sequencing, immunologic correlates of response as prognostic and predictive markers to create a “bespoke” regimen to ensure the strongest chance of success

The goal of personalized cancer care is to provide the most effective and least toxic treatment for each individual patient. This may involve using targeted therapies that are designed to specifically target the abnormalities in a patient's cancer cells, utilizing novel immunooncology therapeutics in combination, or using more traditional treatments such as chemotherapy or surgery in a way that is customized to the patient.

We have created an institution that has beautiful architecture, uses light effectively. It is constructed of warm materials, and has assembled a significant art collection, all of which was selected to provide inspired healing. Music throughout the institution, including the lobby via grand piano, fosters emotions that are positive and supportive.
