The doctor was kind, empathetic, and reassuring. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood his detailed explanation. He even showed me pictures of previous surgeries in order to ease my anxiety about my upcoming surgery.

The only problem I have with filling out the above is that there should be a "#6" (EXCELLENT)..which I rate Dr. Faries in all the above categories. Being a retired health care professional, I consider myself fortunate to have such an exceptional physician/person as one of my health care providers
